You're good at the work. The income is the shaky part.

Your income still depends on how many sessions fit in a week.

Insurance, directories, and one slow month of referrals decide how the next few weeks feel.

You've probably thought about adding something more. A course, a program, an intensive.

But where do you start? And how do you do it without it turning into a second full time job?

This checklist gives you a place to start.

    What you get

    02THE WORKBOOK

    The Practice Magnet workbook

21 short exercises in five parts.

    • You'll write down who your offer is for and what they're stuck on, in their words.
    • You'll work out the change your offer promises, and a price that fits it.
    • You'll finish with a headline and two ads you can test.

AI handles the repetitive parts, like lesson outlines and first drafts.

By the end of your first pass, you'll have:

Your first pass takes about an hour.

    01

A clear picture of who your offer is for.

    02

A plain promise of what changes for them.

    03

A rough price that matches that change.

    04

A headline and two ads to test.

    05

A first-year revenue goal that's realistic, not hopeful.

Done is better than perfect. Momentum is the point.

    Why I made this

Sam Garanzini at a Gottman conference

    Sam Garanzini, MFT

In 2007, I opened a couples therapy institute.

A year later the housing market collapsed, and most of my clients stopped coming to save money.

I couldn't afford much, so I tested small. I printed brochures and watched which ones disappeared from a clinic table.

That's how I landed my first big client, who sent his friends.

It taught me to test small and to speak in your prospect's words, not mine.

This checklist is the framework I built from that, and the one I use with the therapists I coach.

It's the resource I wish I'd had when I started.

    Before you download

    Is it really free?

Yes. You'll get the checklist right away, and a few emails from me after that. You can unsubscribe anytime.

    How long does it take?

About an hour for a first pass. Rough answers are fine. You can go deeper later.

Do I need a course idea already?

No. A rough idea is enough. The workbook starts with who you want to help and what they're stuck on.

Can I fill it out on my screen?

Download it to your computer first. Filling it out inside your browser won't save your work.

    Is this about passive income?

No. It's about adding offers. A course can take pressure off your calendar, but it still takes work to build and sell.
